Return and Refund Policy

All our packages are sent in their original packaging via a private shipping service. Our teams do their utmost to ensure customer satisfaction and provide you with the best quality products possible.

For any return request, please contact us within 30 days after receiving your package. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the Santa Fe adress. We require video and pictures proofs.

Express refunds are accepted until 48 hours after the day the order was placed, New-York time.

We can only offer you replacements at no extra cost if the following criteria are met: The products are defective, damaged, broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels lost in transit. Note: The store name cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected packages. 

Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid lost mail or other incidents. International customers must provide a phone number. 

If you have any other concerns, please contact our customer service department by email at responsible for packages returned to sender. 

Customers are advised to enter the correct addresses correctly, otherwise the package will not be delivered. 

If you think you have entered a wrong address, you must contact us immediately to correct the error.

Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel my order? Yes. Cancellations must be made 48 hours after placing your order.

Send us an e-mail and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders more than 2 days after the order was placed. We process orders the next day and therefore cannot cancel orders the next day.

Send us an e-mail stating your concern and attach a photo and video of the item(s) showing the size and original packaging within 24 hours of receiving the order for a replacement or refund. Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before proceeding with a replacement. reserves the right to refuse any replacement or refund if it does not meet the above criteria.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued. 

* Our teams reserve the right not to refund/return customers if attempts are made to deliberately damage the products. Our products are tested and verified before the goods are sent to customers.
